Why Charlie Grainger's? - Pensacola
Because it's what you want in a local business. Food that taste like it was made that day. Staff that make you feel like part of the family. Local owners who have given to their community and country their entire life. Atmosphere that reflects the option to stay for a while and have a beer or a glass of wine, but at the same time invites the whole family.
Cyndi and Jerry Mastaw opened their first of three Charlie Grainger's to the Pensacola area located at 503 N. Navy Blvd. As a Veteran who served two tours in Iraq, Jerry Mastaw wanted to first provide a delicious dinning option for the local military community. They plan on opening a location on 9 mile and near downtown in the near future.
To tell you the truth though, the food sells itself.
From brisket roasted for 14 hours to fresh turkey salad, to Nathan's all beef hot dogs with more choice toppings than one could want. The sides happen to be my favorite. From the turkey gumbo, to the brisket baked beans, its difficult to make bad decision when ordering off Charlie Grainger's menu.
I could go on for days, but just trust me... go try it for yourself!
